About The Programme
AKES, Bhubaneswar offers a 3-year full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering programme, approved by AICTE and affiliated to SCTE&VT, Odisha. The programme provides a solid foundation in the core principles of mechanical engineering, covering areas such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Machine Design, Manufacturing Technology, and CAD/CAM. With a blend of theoretical concepts and hands-on training, students are prepared to meet the demands of modern industry, research, and innovation in mechanical systems and technologies.
Minimum Eligibility
10th / ITI/ 12th Science Pass.

Selection Criteria
Admission will be granted on the basis of merit (marks obtained in 10th board examinations) as per the guidelines of SCTE&VT, Odisha.
Candidates may also be called for counselling or an interview if required by the institution.
